About the Role
As a Pest Technician / Pest Specialist, you’ll play an important role in protecting residential and commercial properties from pests and termites.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting termite and general pest inspections
- Installing and maintaining termite management systems
- Carrying out pre-construction pest management services
- Identifying pest activity, risks and potential entry points
- Recommending and implementing effective treatment solutions
- Applying pest control products safely and responsibly
- Preparing inspection reports and maintaining accurate records
- Providing professional advice to clients on pest prevention
- Delivering outstanding service and building positive client relationships

Client Services & Scheduling Coordinator
National Pest Solutions | Office-based | Brisbane / Moreton Bay service area
National Pest Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for a sharp, organised and confident coordinator to help keep our customers, technicians and daily service schedule running smoothly.
This is a busy, people-focused role for someone who enjoys being the calm, capable voice on the phone, solving problems, booking work efficiently and helping customers protect their homes, businesses and facilities from pest issues.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be the link between our customers and our field team. Your day will include:
- Answering inbound calls and providing genuine, helpful customer service
- Booking and coordinating pest service appointments
- Planning efficient technician routes across Brisbane and Moreton Bay
- Calling existing customers for annual renewals and service follow-ups
- Handling enquiries, objections and simple sales opportunities
- Keeping customer records accurate in our systems
- Supporting reports, office administration and day-to-day coordination
- Helping create a smooth, professional customer experience from first call to completed job
What we’re looking for
You’ll suit this role if you’re organised, resilient and good with people. You don’t need to know pest control, but you do need to be comfortable on the phone, quick with systems and able to juggle a busy schedule.
You’ll bring:
- Experience in customer service, scheduling, dispatch, admin or trade services
- A confident phone manner and strong attention to detail
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email
- The ability to stay calm when things change quickly
- Strong local knowledge of Brisbane / Moreton Bay, or the ability to learn fast
- A proactive attitude and pride in doing things properly
- Comfort making outbound calls to existing customers

Current Position
Pest Technician/Consultant/Pre Construction
Location: Caboolture Home Office
Reports to: Director
Award & Level: $65,000 – $75,000 per year + Bonus
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Certificate III in Urban Pest Management
- Certificate III in Laboratory Skills (BONUS)
- Current manual Australian driver’s licence
- Current Police Check (National Police Certificate) for employment
- Customer service experience
Summary of role
You will complete certificate III in Urban Pest Management.
Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule ensuring timely and safe arrival
Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services that meet customer needs for a complete pest management program
Serve as a problem solver for your customer to decide on the most efficient and best overall pest solution for each customer’s needs
Complete all required service-related documentation and leverage your hand-held device provided for speed and accuracy
